About this product
Most real estate companies write their contracts in Word, keep receipts in a paper ledger, and pass listings around on WhatsApp. Three different places for one job, and none of them connected.
Grebast makes them one system. Contracts print as a formal PDF in Kurdish, Arabic or English, with your company's logo at the top of every page and a sequential number that cannot repeat. The amount appears in digits and in words.
This is a working tool for real estate companies, not an app for the public to look for a house in. A manager sees the company's figures; an agent sees only what they need. Each company's data is kept fully separate from every other company's, and contracts and receipts are produced on the server rather than on the phone.
Features
Rent and sale contracts
They print as a formal PDF in Kurdish, Arabic or English. The number runs in sequence and cannot repeat, the amount appears in digits and in words, and the clauses are yours to edit. A rent contract is split across twelve months.
Receipts in and out
Receipts for rent taken in and paid out, plus external receipts, each numbered automatically. When a tenant pays several months at once, one receipt covers the whole period and states it.
Rent, month by month
Each month's rent carries its own state — due, received, or handed to the owner. The list of late rent is always there, and a reminder goes out.
Listings and the shared market
Record a property with photographs and its place on the map, log what a buyer is looking for, and see the listings of other companies in your city on a shared market.
Branches, roles and figures
Several branches in one system, with manager and agent roles that each reach only what they should. Income, commission and contract counts are shown as figures, and the data can be exported.
Contracts in your own design
If your company has its own letterhead, or you want contracts to come out exactly like the system you used before, the layout is built to match — the typeface, the colours, and where every word sits.

What does it run on?
Android, iPhone and the web. Agents mostly work from a phone; managers tend to use the web version at aqarat.leznode.com.
Which languages?
The system is in Kurdish, Arabic and English, and contracts print in all three.
How often do I pay?
Once, when the account is created. The price depends on the plan you choose.
Is my company's data safe?
Each company's data is kept fully separate from every other company's. Contracts and receipts are produced on the server, not on the phone.
